This is the first time being here and I found them just by googling. I was shocked when they offered to drive me home and then they came and picked me up when the car was done. Who does that nowadays? The shop and waiting room was really nice and the people extremely nice!!! My hats off to this company for an outstanding job! Other shops should take note on how to run a shop cause apparently they just set the bar really high.

Great experience today. I went in for an oil change and was told when they realized my car required an upgraded filter about the added cost. They also did a free inspection and rotated the tires.

Everytime I visit the Honest 1 Auto care, I am in awe at the professionalism, the clean beautiful environment, and how extremely educated the employees are. I had a lot of work done on my vehicle today which I did not expect but was treated with respect and was well educated by the employees. I was able to get a great deal and received an awesome warranty. I loved all the refreshments in the waiting area and the cookies they left in my car for me. Overall they made a not so good experience a pleasurable one! Thank you! You Rock!

I'd like to share my positive experience. Came into Honest-1 with a car that was new to me. I asked for an oil change and had a 30 point inspection suggested. Joe's crew handled the situation with utmost care. I received an awesome digital inspection that included pictures from angles that I could never see on my own. I even received a video which provided evidence of a part that needed replacement due to age. I was happy to discuss the important items and sort them right away, and the day 2 items which could be scheduled for a later date. Mainly I was able to get the service I needed, a heads-up on a couple of items that needed attention and the transparency and honesty that I was hoping for. I would give an A+ to the staff and the mechanics. They've been empowered with the newest (technically advanced) tools to make the experience awesome. Thank you for a job well done!

TEN PLUS STARS....Family owned business..HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all. We have been loyal customers on our 2003 H2 Hummer every since we received their coupons in the mail for an oil change a few years ago. We were impressed when they offered me a free ride by the owners brother. From the clean waiting room which offers a play area for kids, tv, snacks and coffee and soda all for free. They are very Friendly, Honest, Professional. They offer coupons online and we took advantage of it for a front-end alignment, and an coupon for receiving from $20 off to $100 off depending on how much the service is. On our last visit we have seen an older professional Woman that was there before and she also had nothing but positive experience from this business. I hope you open a place up in Wisconsin where we are moving. Thank you again for offering such a family friendly experience. I have had my 2013 Town and Country worked on twice now, and have been extremely satisfied! Ramon has been great to work with and was able to let me know what was wrong and what needed the most attention. The mechanics took photos of the vehicle to show me what needed to be fixed. Highly recommended.

The employees are friendly and responsive. Dan patiently explained all the issues with my car and called me when it was ready.
