I wanted to leave a review and give feedback regarding my experience with Honest-1 Auto Care. This is the second car that we have had serviced by Joe & Mel's team. They were able to set an appointment to review the vehicle, providing us with a user-friendly report containing detailed descriptions as well as photos and a video that highlighted key points in the inspection and provided clarity on some of our concerns. While the car was being serviced I took advantage of their modern & clean waiting area getting some work done using the wi-fi internet connection they provided. I want to thank Honest-1 and this team for the professional work they did on our car. Also, the transparency through the inspection process and honesty in communicating to us the items that needed immediate attention and the service that we could plan and schedule for future visits.

I wasn’t able to take my car for an oil change before work so my husband took it on a Saturday morning for me. I told him to take it here because they are always so nice, he said “all those place are the same”... he went here and came home and said “you were right! They were unbelievably nice!” Goes to show they are always giving everyone great service and kindness.
