The staff here is very friendly and give a good explanation of the repairs needed. I have been here several times and will continue to bring my vehicle here. Repairs are done in a timely manner which is super important to me. The last time I was there my Service Advisor was Bob. He was great, very friendly and knowledgeable about my car. I will continue to bring my car here for my service needs.

Have a beat up pickup truck I bought to use to haul furniture and stuff around. Had a weird noise, was told by several friends honest one was the place to go. I have worked in several industries that over the last 15 years makes me not trust anyone. Ramon and his crew were very professional and completely honest about the whole thing. I was expecting to be told things like, if you don't change the air filter the truck will explode. Instead I got an honest answer, and the greatest deal ever. My 2013 Nissan Altima had hit a pothole on my rear right tire and was fish tailing severely. I called Honest-1 about my car and to make an appointment. Honest-1 said that they would not be able to tell me a definite answer on what could be wrong or cost because they do not want to make an positive assumption without seeing it first. Very nice people who will tell you straight out how they run their business. They even email and text you pictures of what is wrong with your vehicle and go over pricing. Found out the same day that it was my right rear control arm and sway bar link that was broken off. And they aligned all four wheel. This auto care store I will be the ONLY store I'll be coming back to in the future.

My husband recommended me to try your shop for an oil change. Although your prices were comparable to others , the quality of your customer service , and reporting of car quality and issues was great!

This place is awesome. Woke up to a flat tire and they patched it for like $20 and had me on my way to work in like 30 minutes. They took care of me and made it quick and easy. The building itself is also really nice and the waiting room is very comfy.

Had an oil change and tire rotation upon entering facility I was shocked how remodeled the interior of building was. Looks very nice and clean. Job was done in a timely manner and the 30 point check up on vehicle was great. One question tho, do you match pricing from other shops?
