My 2015 Chevy Cruze is my pride and joy and the folks here at Honest1 always treat her right. The quality of the work they do is superior, the pricing is competitive, and the staff is super friendly. They always offer you a free ride to/from home while they work on your car. And they have a very nice waiting area in the shop, with leather chairs and free snacks/drinks. Also, their handling of things during the COVID-19 Pandemic has been great. Very pleased with the service I get at this shop, and it’s the reason I come back time and time again. If you’re near South Elgin and need work done on your vehicle, you owe it to yourself to come here.

Paid $370 for what they said will fix the problem. Then wanted thousands to fix the actual problem.

Mr Matt Lucas, sorry if you misunderstood the process. We made it clear to you before we performed the repair on your 2012 Ford Focus that this was the most economical first step and additional repairs may be needed. My car needed a rack and pinion replacement the service and quality we're out outstanding they were very informative the price was fair any problems that I had they took care of very quickly

I love the service at Honest One. I appreciate the way they communicate via text with pictures when inspections are done. I have been going to them since they opened for oil changes and will continue to do so. I have gotten some longer services done and appreciate the shuttle service.

Had a great expereience at Honest-1 Auto Care! They were able to service my car right away! Ramone was excellent, he provided detailed reviews on the car and also honored the pricing we had spoke about on the phone! Car was in great condition and i'm very happy about the brake job! I will return again with my other cars! I'm very happy with the team and I personally recommend them!
