Felt heard and not taken advantage of. Mechanics all capable and nice. I didn't mind waiting this place has a "living room" complete with wifi and big screen tv. THE bathroom WOW never would expect in a shop beautiful; )

Would highly recommend this automotive shop! Our family was scammed and duped by an automotive shop in Elgin, and this shop helped us figure out what they did wrong and helped fix it for cheap. Extremely professional, kind, and punctual. They send pictures of what they find wrong with your car and explain what needs to be fixed. Will be coming back for all our car needs! Had them change oil pressure switch and they did great. Was accommodating on the price and did excellent work! Definitely trust worthy people doing amazing work.

would definitely recommend! we were scammed by the pitstop auto care in Elgin, so we brought it here for a second opinion and they told us exactly what was wrong (pitstop charged us $600for brakes, then wanted to charge and extra $500 for wheel bearings when we took it back and said something was wrong) Honest-1 told us there was nothing wrong with the wheel bearings, but pitstop did forget to put parts back on our car, causing the noise. we will definitely be going back!

I typically work on my vehicles myself, but sometimes I do not have the tools and equipment to do the job correctly. I have a hard time trusting mechanics as I have horrible issues in the past. But this place proved to me there are still honest shops out there. With knowledgable staff and trained technicians they were able to quickly identify a distributor issue on my 98 silverado. Once they told me the issue I could have replaced it myself, but with their fair pricing, accurate diagnosis, and how quickly they were about getting back to me I let them do the job. It went so well I brought my Saab 97x that needed a ball joint and was having evap codes. I have a code reader and replaced multiple parts in the Evap system with no resolve. They quickly found the solution, and had it up and running in no time. They kept all old parts to show me, took pictures, and communicated via text, emails and phone calls. I have never had this amazing service at any shop I have been to. The service was amazing, the staff was well trained and they backed their honest commitment. Thank you Honest 1, you are the cream of the crop and I will be sending my family and friends to you from now on.

Great place to get an oil change! Wonderful people and a great waiting room. Car always returned in excellent manner.
