Called for an estimate for a belt replacement. They called me back with a price. They said they wouldn't be able to get me in that day. 20 minutes later, they called me back to say someone was actually going to be freed up. They managed to get me in and repaired that day. They have a shuttle to take you home. Excellent experience. I will be returning.

I got a $22 + tax oil change. Seems pretty reasonable. Went to pick it up and the bill is about $30. Where did this extra $8 come from? Was it all tax? Nope. Fees. The only shop that had balls to charge these hidden fees at checkout. I get it's not a lot of money but just the lack of gesture. Maybe have been a little more.. Honest.

Ryan, really sorry my service advisor didn't explain the added charge for the more expensive oil filter required on your Subaru Legacy. He should have explained that to you prior to performing the oil change. Typically our $21.95 oil change special comes to $26.34 after taxes and disposal. With the additional charge on the filter, your oil change came to $29.05. I'd be happy to pay for your next one if you'd be willing to give us anther chance. Thanks, Owner, Joe Koehnen.

They promote and encourage the towing service, making it seem like they are there to help. I needed a towing service so I called and they were very dismissive and did not answer any of my questions. Someone there mentioned they closed in 45 minutes and would not be able to help until the next day.

I recently took my car to Honest-1 Auto Care for some oil leaking. I am going to say that I am very impressed by the way they treat their customer, specially Heather, she was very nice and listened to my concerns. I am also very grateful that Yitzhak Perez was the technician that took care of my vehicle. He explained very well what was the problem with the oil leaking and he assured me that he was goint to take care of the issue. He was very patient with me and very respectful. I can tell that he has a lot of experience in this area and he is very professional. He went above and beyond with his service and I am very pleased with the results. I will totally recommend this place to my friends.

Reached out to Honest-1 to do a vehicle inspection for a car I am looking to buy. The Service Consultant I worked with was super helpful and they provided a very detailed report of the vehicle's condition. Would highly recommend. Plus they left a "Thank You" bag of cookies in the car.

I Walked in there knowing it was my Brake Master Cylinder which I did mention to them, the guy never mentioned they charge 65$ To take a look at the car, I walked outta there paying 65$ & Didn’t get nothing fixed cause they were overcharging

Great service overall. They are honest and extremely helpful every time I called for any auto services. Ramon was always sincere, very helpful and courteous. They are professional and excellent at what they do, for example, one time they diagnosed a leak of the brake fluid, which was missed by the dealer. I highly recommended.
