Had an issue with our Honda CR-V making a loud squeaking sound so we took it to Honest 1. Glad we did. Bob the main man there took care of us from start to finish! He explained everything in detail after a full comprehensive diagnostics was done and the work was done fast and ready in no team. Definitely will be going back again!

Place is very professional in the way they deal with the service of your car and the care of the customer! Was updated almost daily as to the status of my car! 89 Chevy so they didn’t feel comfortable doing all that was wrong with the car but fixed what they could and was honest enough to say hey we don’t get into this part of the car and returned it without making me throw money at things that their guessing on! All and all a good experience and I will be back! Most honest mechanics in awhile that I’ve come across

They did everything they could on there end to help me out with an issue with my vehicle, unfortunately the warranty company didn’t cover the repairs needed but they did do everything else at a great price, also shuttled me to n from the shop and home which helped out a lot.

This has become my go to repair shop because of their transparency and fair pricing. Bob is my go to guy. They did a great job replacing my brakes and also provided me with a diagnostic report of my vehicle. Bob was very courteous and transparent throughout the process. Would recommend!

Do the work, full inspection. They don't pressure you into getting more work done, but they do make suggestions as to what should be done. They also provide photos to show what they see/needs work.

Bob was great, wonderful customer service. fixed my car quickly and got me back on the road. Prices are a little high on parts but they use quality parts and have a great warranty on parts and labor.
