They operate just like the Dealer would. They just treat you nicer and don’t try to sell you a new car. I have an extended warranty from PMC. They do warranty work. Warranty work can be tricky. It has to look a certain way on paper or your claim will get denied. Honest 1 lives up to their name. I will definitely go back in the future. Nice people and always upfront.

I take my vehicles here for oil changes. I love they perform a vehicle inspection. It is included at no extra cost. This has brought to my attention issues on my vehicle before that get out of hand. Ramon has been great to communicate with and had arranged for shuttle service when needed. They have a child friendly area I take my kids if needed. They are professional and treat me as a valued customer.

Dan at Honest-1 in Elgin is amazing, he clearly explained the process, what needed repair, the cost, walked me through the pictures and helped me all along the way. They went above and beyond, aligning my rear wheels complimentary, fixed the floor guard by replacing the missing pins. Called for an estimate for a belt replacement. They called me back with a price. They said they wouldn't be able to get me in that day. 20 minutes later, they called me back to say someone was actually going to be freed up. They managed to get me in and repaired that day. They have a shuttle to take you home. Excellent experience. I will be returning.
