We needed brakes in our 2018 Infiniti. Being a Honest-1 previous customer, I receive offers from them. Right when I needed brakes, I received one of their emails. I clicked on "Specials" and there happened to be one on brake pads and rotors. It was a bit lower than the other places I called. I figured that when I called Honest-1, the deal would not be available for my car. That wasn't the case! I set an appointment and the car was done earlier than promised - at the price agreed to! Great experience!

Do not take any of your fleet vehicles here. They misdiagnose problems and then start guessing. We have spent thousands on repairs that did not correct the problem that we originally took the vehicles in for. They also overfill fluids when doing changes. This last one cost us a motor replacement due to them filling the oil over 30% of it's capacity.

I've Driven by this place dozens of times and never stopped, until recently as i needed my air conditioning serviced as it had a slow leak and it stopped working, so i thought I'd try them bout.They filled my car a/c with refrigerant and u-v dye and my a/c worked fine. They kept my car overnight to try and locate the leak and couldn't find it, so They released my car back to me, so i could drive it for a week and return to have the leak rechecked. When i returned after a week, They found two leaks, one in the valve stem on the low pressure suction side and also a compressor seal leak. They fixed it for a fair price imho and the repair has a warranty for 36 Months/36,000miles for a piece of mind. They communicate well with customers using your smart phone with texting and email. When they found my leak, they sent me a text that they found the leak and an email with a pictures of the leaks. My first experience was positive and felt i was treated fairly and honestly and I already referred them to a friend. They have a comfortable waiting room that's more like a lounge with complementary cans of Soda and juice for kids with a kids play area too and snacks too. They have a complinentary shuttle too if you live close by and You can drop off your car and they'll text you when it's ready or just call them. They work on trucks and cars. I'd recomend that you try them out if you're in need of a car or truck repair I'll likely return if i need their services. Try them out today. they are also wheel chair accessible. I may update in 2021 if my a/c repair holds out or not.
