Best in the state

First time there was an oil change and tire rotation. My second time there was for an alignment. Long story short, they don't know how to measure tread. Given the numbers they got, the alignment shouldn't have happened without a tire rotation. My husband has been a mechanic for over 10 years (Graduated from UTI, works on daily drivers and builds race cars). My husband called to get an explanation as to why they did work that could cause transmission problems and their exact words were "well she said she wanted the alignment. So we did it". They never even realized the flaw in their work and on top of that the technician said my rear windshield wiper was broken because he didn't know how to turn it on. What? Would not recommend for major work. Oil changes and tire rotations at best.

I was completely impressed by the professionalism of the shop. My technician Josh Frantz was the ABSOLUTE best mechanic I've ever come across. They were extremely fair priced, and Josh Frantz not only did the BEST job possible he also was very efficient with the amount of work he had to do. I have been to every shop in the NW Suburbs, yet I now know which one is the best! Keep up the EXCELLENT work!

This is, hands down, the BEST automotive shop I have ever done business with. Honest 1 Auto Care is the perfect name. They are very honest and professional. Josh Frantz was my technician, and I must say that he did an exceptional job with my vehicle. I could not be more satisfied.
