I’m a breast cancer patient recovering from double mastectomy and Heather and Melanie went above and beyond to really make things easy for me. Thank you for understanding what cancer patients go through and being able to handle my stress while also dealing with an unexpected brake repair. I’ve used Honest-1 auto repair for a few major repairs. They really are honest and truly do care about you as a person. They know there are real people that depend on them for safe vehicles. Thank you very much to everyone for your compassion and for fixing my car.

What can I say they really keep it honest great work

I scheduled an appt for an oil change for my corvette. I confirmed several times (at least 3) that they could handle my vehicle due to the low clearance. The lady in the office assured me multiple times it would not be an issue. I even received a text message the morning of at 7am, confirming my 8am appt. Just to waste a bunch of time and be turned away when I arrived. When I arrived i was told that they called me yesterday (I had no missed call from them) and that they would not be able to work on my Vehicle. They advised this has already been an issue in the past. So why wasn't i told that when i scheduled even asking multiple times? If they really did call me, why did they only make 1 attempt? Why did i receive a text confirming my appt? Can't comment on their actual work, but their customer service is garbage.

I feel very confident that my car is being serviced properly as Honest-1 is looking out for me to have a safe driving car. So glad they were able to clean my brake System so my brakes will work properly. I must commend the people I have come in contact with there. Very knowledgeable showing me pictures of where & what my problem was and friendly. I have used their service for three years now. I also appreciate their Shuttle Service to & from my home. Makes it so much easier to have my car serviced because I do not have to sit & wait for my car to be completed. Thanks to Honest-1, Lois C.

Once again GREAT JOB at Honest -1 Auto in South Elgin! Dreading what needed to be done to my 1989 BMW 325, I have to say it was a pleasure dealing with the whole team. Ramon was leaving for the day when the tow truck finally dropped off my baby and he stayed to get me checked in. Dan was awesome realizing how stressed I was and limited financially to take care of a HUGE list to getting my bimmer road-worthy. The tech's were up to the challenge to find parts and repair what they could on this 33 year old car. It wasn't cheap but worth the piece of mind knowing they stand behind their work. Even when the car was older than they were! Thanks guys. Hope every time I need a repair you are willing to tackle my little E30.
