I scheduled an appt for an oil change for my corvette. I confirmed several times (at least 3) that they could handle my vehicle due to the low clearance. The lady in the office assured me multiple times it would not be an issue. I even received a text message the morning of at 7am, confirming my 8am appt. Just to waste a bunch of time and be turned away when I arrived. When I arrived i was told that they called me yesterday (I had no missed call from them) and that they would not be able to work on my Vehicle. They advised this has already been an issue in the past. So why wasn't i told that when i scheduled even asking multiple times? If they really did call me, why did they only make 1 attempt? Why did i receive a text confirming my appt? Can't comment on their actual work, but their customer service is garbage.
Steve, we are terribly sorry for the miscommunication and the inconvenience it caused. We have made a change in our lube bays which no longer allows us to work underneath the cars in the pit. I wish we were able to get a hold of you yesterday., your voicemail box was full. The text and email confirmations are automatic, but in hindsight, we may have been able to push through a cancellation that may have prompted a call from you. Once again, please accept our apology.
