I brought my car in for an inspection for an alignment. When I dropped my car off I was aware of the listed items that Honest 1 provided me. I went to pick up my car after honest 1 said my car was ready, when pulling out of the parking spot my car's steering was overextending and there is a clicking sound when you turn the wheel while pressing the gas. I did not even leave the business parking lot. I brought it to the attention of the business and I was told by the employee they would have the mechanic look at it. After leaving, I received a call from the store manager, who said that they heard no clicking sound. So, I went I went back to the business as asked by the manager to show them. He acknowledged the issue and heard the sound, but said it was due to the prior damage. I advised him no it was not, due to the fact I had been driving my car for 2 almost 3 weeks and never had those issues before dropping my car off. The manager refused to fix the issues after acknowledging them. I wasn't asking them to fix anything other than what damage was done to by car by their business. I have been coming here for years and always left great reviews until now, I was so disappointed how the store manager handled the situation. But thank you to Dan who at least talked to me and heard me out and was great at trying to help me.

Got my coolant changed they did a really good job

Honest-1 does a great job. All the employees are nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean, and free snacks and drinks are available. They keep you updated on the progress via text messages. The best thing is you just drop off your car, they give you a ride home, and when the job is done they come and get you. This is a very unique and special service that they provide and will continue to make me a repeat customer.

The window regulator on my VW Beetle went out leaving my passenger window in the down position. I called the dealership only to be told the part was discontinued and that if I could find it on my own and bring it to them they'd replace it. I called Honest-1 and Ramon spent the better part of 2 days working to track down the part for me. He went the extra mile and the team there had my window fixed in less time than I thought it would take. I will absolutely be back for future service needs and will refer anyone who's looking for a repair shop. Thank you again Ramon & team for your hard work.

I take my vehicles here for oil changes. I love they perform a vehicle inspection. It is included at no extra cost. This has brought to my attention issues on my vehicle before they get out of hand. Ramon has been great to communicate with and had arranged for shuttle service when needed. They have a child friendly area I take my kids if needed. They are professional and treat me as a valued customer.
