The service advisors couldn’t have been nicer. Prices are a bit on the high side but I’d pay that to be treated like a valued customer instead of profit maker.

Five stars! My experience, from the minute I walked in, could not have been more positive. The facility was clean, warm, and comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and professional. Service was completed in a very timely manner with 100% satisfaction. The complimentary 30-point inspection (no charge!) was great catching things that needed attention down the road. Ramon explained everything to me with complete reassurance that my car was running safely. I will highly recommend Honest-1 Auto Care to friends and family and give them my highest rating. Beautiful waiting area, friendly, professional employees, free wifi and internet connection, beverages and snacks-even a package of cookies attached to a thank you note in my car when they finished...they go the extra mile to make their customers comfortable! They explained everything they found in their inspection, and sent an email that included pictures. All this at a fair price!! A very nice experience!

Honest 1 is a top notch auto service shop. Jim and Devin were very professional and knowledgeable. They sent email and text notifications with pictures and explanations on the 30 pt inspection. Communication is key when having work done on anything. They recommended other necessary work to maintain my vehicle. I had rear brake pads installed as well as a routine oil change. Thank for everything!! I will be using you going forward!!

I appreciate that Honest-1 Auto Care treated my teen son with absolute respect. He called, scheduled the appointment, returned messages and paid for the repair (yes, he honestly financed the repair out of his own pocket). Prices were fair, mechanics took the time to let him know why they were doing what they were doing and where all of the charges came from. Will definitely be using them again!

Was there a couple months ago. Still get free oil change from dealer but didn’t feel like driving that far. Used an online coupon. Recommend change filter but had to agree it was very over due so I did. Was the only suggestion for my Truck. I was very happy...kind people, good work, very clean and nice inside. Even had good tea and snacks. Couldn’t find a reason to not go back. Would recommend. Will be back.

I had serious issues with my car,but after talking to Ramon I was convinced that it was the right shop for the job, it did take longer than expected,but it was worth the wait parts were put together the right way,very happy with the work.
