I met Jim and he invited me to come in for an oil change. I was very impressed with their shop. It is clean and friendly. Their system is checking over all the aspects of your car and taking pictures to illustrate things is innovative and adds to the trust that they really know what they're doing. Whether you need a simple oil change or more significant repairs done I highly recommend visiting Honest 1.

Called Saturday afternoon to take a quick look at our vehicle with a front cover plate loose and hanging down. Although it was busy, they took the time to check it out and perform a quick repair. Perhaps not a big deal to them but it was for me as this is my son's car. I am grateful to their manager, Ramon Morales, for his kindness and help. I won't have to think twice about where I go for auto service in the future.

The service advisors couldn’t have been nicer. Prices are a bit on the high side but I’d pay that to be treated like a valued customer instead of profit maker.

Five stars! My experience, from the minute I walked in, could not have been more positive. The facility was clean, warm, and comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and professional. Service was completed in a very timely manner with 100% satisfaction. The complimentary 30-point inspection (no charge!) was great catching things that needed attention down the road. Ramon explained everything to me with complete reassurance that my car was running safely. I will highly recommend Honest-1 Auto Care to friends and family and give them my highest rating.
